Agreement to Terms
These terms govern your access to and use of the online store operated by medicube-one Store. By placing an order or otherwise using the site, you acknowledge that you accept these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the site.
Products and Descriptions
We work to describe items accurately and to provide ingredient lists, sizes and directions on each product page. Product availability and pricing can change without notice. If an error occurs in product information or pricing, we reserve the right to correct the error and to cancel any order placed based on inaccurate information.
Ordering, Payment and Pricing
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping details. All orders are subject to acceptance and item availability. Payment is processed at checkout by our payment processor; we do not store your full payment card details on our servers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent or placed in violation of these terms.
Shipping, Duties and Taxes
Shipping timelines shown on the site are estimates. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times for Canada are typically 3–7 business days after shipping; deliveries to the United States are typically 5–10 business days after shipping. Customs duties, taxes and import fees may apply for shipments across borders and are the recipient’s responsibility.
Returns and Refunds
Our return and refund rules are published on the Refund & Returns Policy page. In general, most returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt, and return shipping is paid by the customer unless we agree otherwise for damaged or defective items.
User Conduct and Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes or to interfere with the service. Prohibited actions include harvesting data from the site, posting unlawful content, impersonating others, or attempting to access restricted areas or systems. Violations may result in order cancellation and refusal of service.

Our total liability for direct damages arising from any order is limited to the purchase price paid for the relevant item(s).
